Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Meals are delivered every Sunday. There is a delivery fee assigned based on area of delivery. Currently delivering in various Lehigh Valley areas.
How do I place an order?

What if I am not home during delivery?
The primary goal of meal prep is so you can focus on everything else. If you are not home, no worries! Place a cooler outside with ice packs to ensure food stays at or below 41°F.
How do make payment?
Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal or you can pay directly through the website.
What if I need accommodations?
Contact me with accommodation requests. I do my best to meet each persons needs/wants/preference.
Where is the Menu?
You have the option of selecting Chef Choice meals (you will receive 5 different meals of our choice) or you may order a minimum of 5 meals that you select by protein.
